Phase I: Foundation & Assessment
Weeks 1–6Diagnostic evaluations, leadership style mapping, baseline competency audits, and cohort formation. Participants complete the Zenth Leadership Index (ZLI).
Phase II: Core Immersion
Weeks 7–24Intensive modular coursework covering strategic finance, operational scaling, risk governance, and cross-functional decision simulation environments.
Phase III: Divisional Rotation
Weeks 25–42Live assignments in partner subsidiaries. Participants lead real initiatives with measurable KPIs, shadowing divisional VPs and reporting to academy directors.
Phase IV: Capstone & Integration
Weeks 43–52Execution of a cross-divisional transformation project. Final review before the Executive Advisory Board. Graduation and placement into leadership pipelines.
