2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your rights have been violated, please submit a written notice containing the information specified below to our designated DMCA Agent.
Important: To process your claim efficiently, all required information must be included. Incomplete notices may be returned or delayed.

3. Required Notice Elements
Your DMCA notification must include all of the following elements to be considered valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Description of Infringement: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Location of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Anti-Abuse & Misrepresentation Policy
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate takes the issue of copyright infringement seriously. We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that misuses this process or files frivolous, malicious, or fraudulent claims. This includes:
- Falsely claiming ownership of intellectual property
- Submitting notices without reasonable investigation
- Attempting to suppress legitimate competition or criticism under the guise of copyright
Violators may be subject to civil liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material removed or disabled by Aevum Zenth is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, a license, or a legal exemption to use the material, you may submit a written counter-notice to our DMCA Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or a foreign country if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action against you.
6. Third-Party & External Content
Aevum Zenth Conglomerate operates multiple subsidiaries and digital platforms. While we strive to maintain compliance across all divisions, we do not actively monitor all user-generated or third-party linked content. This policy applies to all official Aevum Zenth domains, services, and affiliated corporate properties.
