1. Scope & Applicability

This policy governs the acquisition, registration, management, and usage of all internet domain names associated with Aevum Zenth Conglomerate and its controlled subsidiaries, joint ventures, and affiliated entities. It applies to all divisions, regional offices, and third-party vendors acting on behalf of the conglomerate.

All domain names must be registered in strict accordance with ICANN guidelines, applicable national telecommunications regulations, and Aevum Zenth’s internal Corporate Identity Governance Framework (CIGF).

2. Authorized Domain Portfolio

The conglomerate maintains a centralized domain portfolio managed by the Office of Digital Infrastructure & Legal Compliance. Authorized top-level domains (TLDs) and country-code TLDs (ccTLDs) include, but are not limited to:

Any unlisted domain acquisition requires prior written approval from the Corporate Trademark Registry and the Chief Legal Officer’s office.

3. Registration & Ownership Standards

3.1 Centralized Registry

All domain names must be registered through Aevum Zenth’s authorized enterprise registrar(s). Decentralized or personal registrations for corporate use are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Registrant Information

Registration data must reflect the official legal entity name, registered address, and authorized contact points. WHOIS privacy protection may be applied only where explicitly approved by the Data Governance Board.

3.3 Renewal & Transfer Protocols

Domains are renewed automatically through the centralized infrastructure team. Transfers to third parties or subsidiary accounts require a documented Inter-Divisional Asset Transfer (IDAT) form and Legal Compliance sign-off.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Use

⚠️ Compliance Notice: Domain usage must align with Aevum Zenth’s Brand Usage Guidelines. Unauthorized redirection, phishing, impersonation, or trademark dilution will result in immediate revocation and potential legal action.

Aevum Zenth actively monitors the domain space for potential infringement, typosquatting, and brand misuse. The Legal Enforcement Division utilizes automated surveillance tools and manual review processes to identify violations.

Entities found in violation may be subject to:

  1. Cease and desist notices
  2. Formal takedown requests under registrar abuse policies
  3. Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings
  4. Civil litigation for trademark dilution, unfair competition, or cybersquatting under applicable national laws

In the event of a domain dispute, Aevum Zenth reserves the right to initiate proceedings through ICANN-accredited dispute resolution providers, including:

7. Subsidiary & Partner Compliance

All subsidiaries, joint ventures, and strategic partners operating under the Aevum Zenth brand umbrella must:
