1. Trademarks & Brand Identity

Aevum Zenth Conglomerate, the "Aevum Zenth" name, the hexagonal geometric logo, and all subsidiary brand marks are registered trademarks protected under international law. Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Logo Usage: The official logo must be reproduced using approved vector assets. Color variations are restricted to the corporate palette (#0a0a0f, #6c5ce7, #a29bfe, #ffffff).
Clear Space: A minimum buffer equal to 40% of the logo height must be maintained on all sides.
Prohibited Modifications: Do not stretch, rotate, add effects, or place the logo on clashing backgrounds.

Partners and affiliates must submit a Brand Authorization Request before using Aevum Zenth trademarks in co-marketing materials, packaging, or press releases.

2. Patents & Proprietary Technology

All technical innovations, engineering schematics, software algorithms, and scientific processes developed by Aevum Zenth divisions are patented or held as trade secrets. This includes but is not limited to fusion energy modulation, quantum decryption arrays, and autonomous logistics routing protocols.

Reverse engineering of Aevum Zenth hardware or software is expressly forbidden under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and international patent treaties.
Employee and contractor IP assignments remain with the Conglomerate regardless of employment status.
Third-party licensing of patented technologies requires written approval from the Zenth Advanced Research Legal Division.

Infringement of Aevum Zenth patents will be met with immediate injunctive relief and statutory damages proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

3. Copyrights & Published Works

All original content produced by Aevum Zenth Media Group, including films, streaming content, published research, software code, design assets, and educational materials, is protected under copyright law from the moment of creation.

Fair use claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Legal Compliance team.
Academic and journalistic references to Aevum Zenth public reports are permitted with proper attribution.
Commercial reuse, distribution, or derivative works require explicit written licensing agreements.

Unauthorized streaming, downloading, or redistribution of Aevum Zenth Media content via P2P networks, shadow libraries, or unlicensed platforms will result in DMCA takedowns and potential criminal prosecution.

4. Trade Secrets & Confidential Information

Aevum Zenth maintains strict confidentiality protocols for non-public business strategies, financial projections, client data, supply chain logistics, and unreleased product roadmaps. All employees, contractors, and partners must adhere to NDAs and data handling policies.
