Message from the CEO

Fiscal year 2025 marked a transformative chapter in Aevum Zenth's history. Our revenue grew 12.4% year-over-year, driven by strong performance across our Energy, Technology, and Aerospace divisions. We completed the acquisition of Meridian Dynamics, expanding our quantum computing capabilities, and launched our first commercial fusion energy pilot in partnership with the European Energy Authority.

Our commitment to sustainable growth remains unwavering. We reduced our carbon footprint by 18% while investing $12 billion in R&D—our largest ever. Our workforce grew to 340,000 across 62 countries, and we achieved a record-high employee satisfaction score of 92%. As we look to 2026, we are positioned to lead the next wave of innovation across every industry we serve.

Forward Outlook 2026

We enter 2026 with unprecedented momentum. Our guidance projects revenue growth of 10-14%, driven by the full-year contribution of Meridian Dynamics, expanded fusion energy deployments, and new government contracts in aerospace. We are targeting $13B in R&D investment and plan to enter three new markets: autonomous ocean exploration, synthetic biology, and advanced nuclear fuel production.
