Aevum Zenth’s environmental strategy centers on decarbonization, circular resource management, and biodiversity preservation. Our Energy & Power and Construction divisions lead deployment of grid-scale renewables, while our Robotics and Logistics sectors optimize route efficiency and reduce packaging waste through AI-driven material science.

In 2024, we achieved a record-low TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) of 0.82 across all industrial operations. Our inclusive hiring programs increased underrepresented minority representation in leadership roles to 41%. Additionally, $185M was allocated to community health, education, and clean water initiatives in emerging markets.

Supply chain due diligence now covers 94% of tier-1 vendors, with third-party audits ensuring compliance with ILO core conventions and modern slavery prevention standards.
