About the Role
We are looking for a senior ML engineer to lead the development of our next-generation AI platform. You will architect models, design training pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade ML systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement large-scale machine learning systems
- Lead model architecture decisions and optimization strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and establish ML best practices
- Collaborate with product and data science teams
- Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning or AI
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Math, or related field
