🔑 Access Requirements & Policies
Membership & ID
Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry. Annual or monthly DIY membership active on file. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and complete a safety orientation.
Tool Rental Pickup
Reservations confirmed via app or website. Bring confirmation code and ID. Rented equipment must be returned within 24 hours unless extended in-app. Late fees apply after 2 hours grace period.
Safety & Gear
Closed-toe shoes and eye protection mandatory in all workshop bays. Hearing protection required for dyno, grinding, and welding zones. Non-compliance results in immediate bay suspension.
Bay Reservations
Standard bays: Walk-in availability. Heavy-duty/Lift bays: 2-hour advance booking minimum. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a 50% time fee. Overstays billed at $15/hr.

All digital resources remain available around the clock, regardless of physical location hours. Account features, subscriptions, and community access are not restricted by regional time zones.
