Defective or Incorrect Items

DOA / Manufacturer Defect Policy

Even though these items are non-returnable, your purchase is still protected. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect part, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will coordinate a replacement or full refund directly with the manufacturer at no cost to you. Please retain original packaging for expedited processing.
