4 Intellectual Property

5 Permitted & Prohibited Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

6 Products & Purchases

Product sales are subject to separate Terms of Sale and Refund Policy. Warranties on physical products are limited to manufacturer specifications. Digital products, including courses and guides, are non-refundable once accessed due to the nature of the content.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automotive DIY and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the Service.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
