3.1 Anti-Cheat & Integrity

The use of chess engines, AI assistants, external analysis tools, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage during rated games or tournaments is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent bans, rating resets, and forfeiture of prizes.

3.2 Tournament Conduct

All players must adhere to time controls, connect within the designated period, and refrain from collusion, intentional draws, or match-fixing. Prize distributions are subject to verification and may be withheld for rule violations.

3.3 Disconnections & Technical Issues

Games disrupted by server outages or verified technical failures may be retracted or replayed at the sole discretion of ChessMaster Forum administrators. Repeated disconnections or failure to maintain a stable internet connection may result in forfeit.

4. Forum & Community Conduct

ChessMaster Forum fosters a respectful, educational, and inclusive environment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks.
• Spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising.
• Posting malware, phishing links, or malicious code.
• Sharing copyrighted material without permission.
• Disrupting game lobbies or forums with coordinated trolling.

Moderators reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, or ban users violating community guidelines. Appeals may be submitted through official support channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, game engines, interface designs, logos, and software on ChessMaster Forum are owned by ChessMaster Forum or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User-generated content (posts, comments, game annotations, puzzles) remains your property, but you grant ChessMaster Forum a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it across our services. You retain the right to delete your content at any time.
