Log into your CloudNexus dashboard and navigate to Support > Dispute Center. Fill out the standardized dispute form with all supporting evidence.
Acknowledgment & Triage
Our Dispute Resolution Team will acknowledge receipt within 12 hours and assign a case manager to review your submission.
Resolution & Follow-up
You will receive a detailed findings report, resolution offer, or mediation schedule based on the case category and complexity.
