Yes. Account suspensions do not restrict your right to file a dispute. Use the 'Emergency Dispute Portal' accessible via our public support page, or email disputes@cloudnexus.com with your account ID and suspension notice.

What happens if I disagree with the resolution? +

You may request a senior review within 5 business days of the initial decision. If unresolved, CloudNexus offers binding arbitration through an independent third party, as outlined in our Terms of Service and Master Subscription Agreement.
