You can request a new data export up to 3 times per 30-day period. This helps us manage server load while ensuring you always have access to your information.
Your archive will be delivered as a password-protected ZIP file containing JSON and CSV files for structured data, plus original-resolution media files. Metadata is included in machine-readable formats.
Yes. After downloading your data, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers. You can do this in your Account Settings under "Privacy & Data Management".
Absolutely. The link is single-use, encrypted, and expires automatically. You will also receive a unique decryption password via your registered email. We never store your data archives longer than necessary.
