Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?
Yes! We believe education should be accessible. Contact our support team with proof of enrollment or nonprofit status to receive a 50% discount on all paid plans.
What happens after my free trial?
If you don't choose a paid plan after 30 days, your account automatically switches to the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start, and you won't be charged unexpectedly.
Is there a limit to how many courses I can take?
On the Pro and Teams plans, you get unlimited access to our entire course library as long as your subscription is active. There are no caps on course completions or downloads.
How does the Teams plan work for large organizations?
Our Teams plan scales to any organization size. You'll get a centralized admin portal, usage analytics, bulk user management, and priority onboarding support. Enterprise custom pricing is available for 500+ users.
