1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EduVerse website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. EduVerse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.

3. Courses & Educational Content

EduVerse provides educational content, including video lectures, reading materials, assignments, quizzes, and certificates. All courses are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee employment, academic admission, or specific financial outcomes. Content may be updated, modified, or discontinued at EduVerse's sole discretion without prior notice.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain courses and premium features require payment. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to our Refund Policy. EduVerse reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and transaction security is governed by their respective terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio clips, course materials, and software, is the property of EduVerse or its content creators and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for personal, educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: sharing pirated or unauthorized content, harassing other users, posting spam or malicious code, misrepresenting your identity, or violating third-party intellectual property rights. EduVerse reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduVerse, its affiliates, instructors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or educational opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to EduVerse in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

EduVerse may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Termination will not relieve you of any obligations arising from payments already made or violations of these Terms prior to termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

EduVerse may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

10. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
