Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the EliteCircle platform, website, mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

3 Membership & Subscription Terms

EliteCircle offers premium content and community features through paid subscription plans. All plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the full subscription amount plus applicable taxes. Subscription terms include:

• Access to courses, live sessions, and community features is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plan structures with at least 30 days' prior notice via email or Platform notification.

4 Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through accredited third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. EliteCircle reserves the right to suspend access if a payment fails, is disputed, or is deemed fraudulent. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5 User Conduct & Community Guidelines

As a member of EliteCircle, you agree to:

1. Maintain accurate and complete profile information.
2. Refrain from posting harmful, offensive, harassing, or illegal content.
3. Not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without express written permission.
4. Comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws.

EliteCircle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6 Intellectual Property & Content

All courses, recordings, materials, branding, and proprietary technology on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of EliteCircle or its licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content solely for personal, educational purposes. Reselling, sharing login credentials, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

7 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EliteCircle does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific career outcomes. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or failed certification exams.

8 Termination & Refunds

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breaches of these Terms. For voluntary cancellations, EliteCircle offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunded amounts will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Class action waivers apply.

10 Changes to Terms

EliteCircle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the service following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
