A conflict of interest occurs when personal interests interfere, or appear to interfere, with the interests of Env. Employees must disclose any potential conflicts promptly and recuse themselves from related decisions.

Gifts & Hospitality

Offering, receiving, or soliciting gifts or entertainment that could influence business decisions is strictly prohibited. Nominal promotional items and modest business meals are permitted within legal limits and company policy.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Respect third-party IP rights and protect Env's confidential information. Do not use proprietary data for personal gain or disclose it to unauthorized parties.

7. Reporting Concerns & Non-Retaliation

We encourage all individuals to speak up when they observe unethical behavior, policy violations, or environmental risks. Retaliation against anyone reporting concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

8. Enforcement & Accountability

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Depending on the severity, consequences may include:

  • Written warnings or performance improvement plans
  • Suspension or demotion
  • Termination of employment or partnership
  • Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Managers and leaders are expected to model ethical behavior and enforce this Code consistently across their teams.

By continuing your employment or association with Env, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. You also commit to seeking guidance whenever faced with ethical dilemmas.
