Our process has four steps: application review, a 30-minute team call, a role-specific challenge (usually 2‑4 hours), and a final culture fit conversation. The entire process typically takes 2‑3 weeks.
Yes! Most of our roles are fully remote. We have team members across 15+ countries. Some positions are hybrid or office-based, which we clearly indicate in the job listing.
We use Slack for communication, Notion for documentation, GitHub for code, Figma for design, and our own platform for content. We'll provide all the tools and equipment you need to succeed.
