Whether you're using a free preview or hold a premium license, please adhere to the following usage parameters. Violations may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

- Printing for physical publications up to licensed circulation limits

🚫 Restricted Uses
- Reselling, redistributing, or licensing images to third parties

- NFT minting or blockchain-based digital asset creation
- Representation of products or services without explicit written consent

Attribution Requirements
All non-extended license holders must provide clear attribution to the original creator and InkWell. Attribution should be placed visibly near the image or in the article's credits section.

Do I own the images I download?
No. All images remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and InkWell. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them under the terms selected.
Can I edit or filter the photos?
Yes, minor edits for color correction, cropping, or layout adaptation are permitted. You may not alter the image in a way that misrepresents the subject or damages the photographer's reputation.
What happens if I exceed my license limits?
We monitor usage through digital fingerprinting and reporting. If you exceed your licensed scope, you'll be notified to upgrade your plan or purchase an extended license retroactively.
