Terms of Service
Welcome to NexusAI. By accessing or using our platform, APIs, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. NexusAI provides artificial intelligence infrastructure, machine learning model deployment, and automated inference services.
1. Account Registration & Usage
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, model inversion attacks, or generating harmful content.
2. Service Levels & Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Except as explicitly stated in an Enterprise SLA, NexusAI does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service interruptions due to maintenance, security incidents, or infrastructure scaling are excluded from downtime calculations.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities include: training models to generate malware, impersonating individuals without consent, bypassing rate limits, or attempting to extract proprietary model weights. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

Privacy Policy
NexusAI is committed to protecting your data. This policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and share information in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 standards.
1. Data We Collect
Account Data: Name, email, billing information, and company details.
Usage Data: API call logs, latency metrics, and model performance analytics.
Input/Output Data: Data you submit to our models for inference is processed temporarily and handled according to your plan's data retention settings.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data to deliver, secure, and improve our AI services. We never use your input data to train our base models without explicit written consent. Analytics data may be aggregated and anonymized for platform improvement.
3. Data Sharing & Transfers
We share data only with essential service providers (cloud infrastructure, payment processors) under strict data processing agreements. International transfers utilize EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
This addendum governs the processing of personal data when NexusAI acts as a Data Processor on behalf of its Enterprise customers (Data Controllers).
1. Processing Instructions
NexusAI will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer, including with regard to transfers to third countries, unless required by applicable law.
2. Sub-processors
We use AWS, Stripe, and Datadog as sub-processors. Customers have the right to object to new sub-processors with 30 days' written notice. NexusAI remains liable for sub-processor actions.
3. Data Subject Rights
We will assist Customers in responding to data subject access, deletion, and portability requests within 15 business days of receiving a verified request.

Security & Compliance
Security is foundational to our architecture. NexusAI maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, ISO 27001 compliance, and undergoes annual third-party penetration testing.
1. Encryption & Access Controls
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication are enforced for administrative interfaces.
2. Model Governance
Our AI systems undergo rigorous bias testing, red-teaming, and output filtering. Enterprise customers can enable custom guardrails and audit logging for full transparency.
3. Incident Response
We maintain a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). Breaches affecting personal data are reported to customers within 72 hours and to regulatory bodies as required by law.

1. No Professional Advice
Outputs from our platform do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Users are responsible for validating results before deployment in critical systems.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusAI's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
3. Model Drift & Updates
ML models may experience performance degradation over time as data distributions shift. NexusAI reserves the right to update models, which may affect output consistency. Users are encouraged to implement monitoring pipelines.
