International Shipping

We ship to 40+ countries. 7–14 business days depending on customs processing. Duties & taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement. After that, the package is in processing. Contact support immediately with your order number.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be extended depending on the destination. Please note, expedited services are not available to these locations.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
We monitor all shipments. If tracking shows a package as lost after 3 business days past the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll instantly resend or refund your order.
Can I request eco-friendly or pet-safe packaging?
Absolutely! All Paws Source orders come in 100% recyclable, biodegradable packaging. You can also request unscented padding at checkout to ensure sensitive pets aren't bothered by strong odors.
