How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary based on scope. A simple landing page might take 2 weeks, while a full design system or complex mobile app can take 4-8 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the proposal phase after understanding your requirements.
How many revisions are included?
Most packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions at key milestones (wireframes, UI design). Our iterative process is designed to catch feedback early, ensuring the final product matches your vision. Additional revisions can be added to the scope if needed.

How much does a project cost?
We offer project-based pricing starting at $4,999 for starter packages. Complex projects are quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline. We recommend scheduling a free consultation to get an accurate estimate tailored to your needs.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes! Our Enterprise plan includes ongoing design support. We also offer custom retainer agreements for companies that need continuous design updates, A/B testing, or new feature design on a regular basis.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are 50% upfront to kick off the project and 50% upon completion. For larger projects or retainers, we can arrange milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

What tools do you use for design?
We primarily use Figma for all UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaboration. We also use Miro for workshops, Maze for testing, and Notion for documentation. All deliverables are provided in formats accessible to your team.
Do you design Design Systems?
Absolutely. We build scalable, robust design systems including component libraries, design tokens, typography scales, and usage guidelines. This ensures consistency across your product and speeds up future development cycles.
What file formats do you deliver?
Deliverables typically include Figma source files, a comprehensive handoff PDF, exported assets (SVG, PNG), and interactive prototypes. We also provide a developer documentation packet with specs, spacing, and color values.
Collaboration
Who will work on my project?
You'll have a dedicated lead designer assigned to your account, supported by a senior UX researcher or UI specialist as needed. We maintain a flat hierarchy, so you're always talking to the experts working on your project, not account managers.
How do you handle communication?
We use Slack or your preferred tool for daily communication and schedule weekly sync calls to review progress. All design files are shared in real-time via Figma, allowing you to view and comment at any stage of the process.
