Payments When do I receive my funds?
Funds are typically transferred to your bank account within 7-10 business days after your campaign ends and meets its goal. We process payouts in batches every Wednesday.
Policy What happens if I don't reach my goal?
RaiseIt operates on an "All-or-Nothing" model. If your campaign goal is not met by the deadline, no pledges are charged, and no fees are incurred by the creator.
Rewards Can I change rewards after launch?
You can edit reward details and prices at any time, but please communicate any significant changes clearly to your backers via campaign updates to maintain trust.
Account How do I update my tax information?
Go to Settings > Payouts > Tax Info. You can update your W-9 or W-8BEN forms there. This is required for us to process payments to you.
Backer Can I cancel my pledge?
Yes. If a campaign is still live, you can edit or cancel your pledge from your dashboard. If the campaign has ended, you must contact the project creator directly to request a refund.
