By submitting payment information, you authorize ShopVista and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order. We use industry-standard encryption to protect financial data. ShopVista does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are only shipped to verified addresses. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Once a package is marked as delivered, ShopVista's liability for loss or damage is limited to our refund and replacement policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for most unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
