What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom profiles?
Our standard MOQ for custom-engineered staples is 500,000 units per specification. Lower quantities may be available for prototyping or urgent sampling at adjusted pricing.
How long does tooling and sampling take?
Dedicated stamping dies are typically machined within 7–10 business days. Physical samples are produced and shipped within 14 days of technical approval.
Do you sign NDAs for proprietary staple designs?
Absolutely. We require a mutual NDA before any technical drawings or samples are exchanged. Custom tooling is registered exclusively to your company and never reused.
Can you match an existing staple without original blueprints?
Yes. Our reverse engineering lab uses coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to digitize physical samples to micron-level accuracy, producing a full CAD package for your review.
