How do I update my payment method?
Navigate to Account Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. Click "Update" next to your current card, enter the new details, and save. Changes apply immediately to your active subscription.
Why is my video buffering or low quality?
Streaming quality depends on your internet speed and device capabilities. Try closing background apps, switching to Ethernet, or lowering the quality setting in Playback Preferences. If issues persist, run our network diagnostic tool.
Can I share my account with family?
Yes! StarWave offers Family and Premium plans that support up to 5 profiles and 4 simultaneous streams. Each profile has personalized recommendations and watchlists.
How do I download titles for offline viewing?
Downloads are available on iOS, Android, and Windows apps. Look for the Download icon next to eligible titles. Note: Downloads expire after 48 hours once played and require periodic app verification.
I need to cancel my subscription.
Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. You can reactivate anytime without re-entering payment details.
