Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email, and we'll send a secure 48-hour link. For security, passwords must contain 8+ characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a number. If you use 2FA, you'll need access to your authenticator app.
Why is my stream buffering or dropping quality? ▼
Buffering is usually caused by network congestion, Wi-Fi interference, or outdated browser/app versions. Ensure you have at least 15 Mbps for 1080p, 25 Mbps for 4K. Try switching to Ethernet, clearing your browser cache, or updating the StarWave app. Check our CDN status dashboard for regional issues.
