Navigate to the Payment Methods section, click "+ Add New Card", enter your details, and set it as default. Your next invoice will automatically use the new card.
Can I downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll automatically retry the charge 3 times over 7 days. If it still fails, your account moves to a 14-day grace period. Update your payment method before it expires to avoid service interruption.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Switching to annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly pricing. Contact our team to receive a custom invoice with the discounted rate.
