Frequently Asked Questions

What documentation is required for business transfers?
Business accounts require standard KYC: company registration, beneficial ownership details, and proof of address. Individual high-volume senders may need source-of-funds declarations for transfers over €15,000.
Can I schedule recurring international payments?
Yes. Use our scheduler to set daily, weekly, or monthly transfers. Recurring payments retain the same FX markup and compliance checks, with automatic retry logic for failed settlements.
How are failed transfers handled?
If a transfer fails due to bank rejection or compliance holds, funds are automatically returned to your source wallet within 24 hours. No reversal fees apply for failed transactions.
Do you support crypto-to-fiat cross-border rails?
Currently, we operate entirely on regulated fiat corridors. Crypto settlement bridges are in beta and will launch Q3 2025 for select APAC and LATAM routes.
