The Pulse Rise Program

Our flagship mentorship initiative pairs junior journalists from underrepresented backgrounds with senior editors and industry leaders. This program aims to bridge the gap in career advancement and provide crucial networking opportunities.

Unconscious Bias Training

Every employee at The Daily Pulse undergoes rigorous annual training on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive language. We believe that awareness is the first step toward equitable journalism.

Employee Resource Groups
Community

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

We support six active ERGs, including Women in Media, Black Press Alliance, Pride Network, and Veterans United. These groups provide community support and advise leadership on policy and culture.
