Service Agreement & Acceptance
Please review the terms below. By accepting, you authorize Verdantix to initiate your green technology deployment and sustainability audit.
1. Scope of Services
Verdantix agrees to provide renewable energy assessment, system design, installation oversight, and continuous performance monitoring as outlined in Exhibit A. Services include but are not limited to solar PV integration, wind micro-grid configuration, and ESG reporting analytics.
2. Sustainability Commitments
Client agrees to maintain operational transparency regarding energy consumption metrics. Verdantix guarantees a minimum 40% reduction in grid-dependency within 18 months of full deployment, based on initial audit baselines.
3. Payment & Billing Terms
- 30% deposit upon execution of this agreement
- 40% upon milestone completion (Phase 1 Deployment)
- 30% upon final commissioning and performance validation
- Net-30 invoicing terms with early payment discounts applicable
4. Data Security & Compliance
All energy telemetry, carbon tracking data, and operational analytics will be encrypted using AES-256 standards. Verdantix complies with ISO 14001, GDPR, and regional green energy regulatory frameworks.
5. Termination & Support
Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice. Post-termination, all sustainability reports and configuration backups will be transferred securely. 24/7 remote support remains active for 12 months.
6. Acceptance
By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and all attached exhibits. Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature under applicable e-signature statutes.
