2. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees
Refund eligibility and administrative fees are determined by the number of days between your cancellation request and your scheduled departure date. Please refer to the table below:

4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain components of your journey are considered non-refundable once confirmed or utilized:
- Travel insurance premiums (claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider)
- Visa application fees and government processing charges
- Pre-paid meals, spa treatments, or excursions marked as non-refundable by vendors
- Custom printing or personalized travel materials
- Peak-season or dynamically priced fares explicitly labeled as "Non-Refundable" at checkout
5. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
In the event of unavoidable disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather events, or pandemic-related travel restrictions
- Political unrest, civil disturbance, or terrorism alerts
- Airline strikes or carrier insolvency
VoyageLux will work diligently to either reschedule your travel at no additional cost or issue full travel credits. Where possible, we will negotiate refunds with partner suppliers, though we cannot guarantee vendor compliance. Medical emergencies require documentation from a licensed physician and may qualify for partial or full refunds at our discretion.
