Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software/components for the number of end products specified in your license tier. You may modify, adapt, and integrate the code into your projects. Redistribution of the original or modified files as a standalone product, template, or theme is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.
You are fully permitted to modify the source code to suit your needs. You may fork repositories for internal development. However, you may not publish modified versions to public marketplaces, GitHub, or template directories. All derivative works must retain original copyright notices within the codebase.
All licenses include lifetime updates for the purchased version track (e.g., v1.x, v2.x). Support coverage varies by tier: Standard users receive community/forum support, Commercial users get priority email support (48h SLA), and Enterprise users receive dedicated technical assistance. Support does not include custom development, hosting, or third-party service configuration.
Our license is perpetual and will only terminate if you breach these terms or misrepresent your usage. Upon termination, you must cease all usage and destroy copies of the software. WebCraft Studios provides all products "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Yes. The Standard license covers one single-client project. If you plan to build multiple client sites, the Commercial license allows up to 10 end products. Enterprise covers unlimited client projects.
You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Upgrades are prorated based on the difference in price. Alternatively, you can purchase additional Standard licenses per project.
Static templates and HTML/CSS/JS packages do not require license keys. However, our WordPress themes, React/Nuxt kits, and plugin-based products include activation systems. Keys are tied to your email and dashboard.
Reselling or white-labeling requires an Enterprise license or a separate distribution agreement. Please contact our sales team for custom terms and volume pricing.
