This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements Wp Admin's global Privacy Policy and applies exclusively to California residents as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It outlines how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information, and describes the rights available to you under California law.

"We," "our," or "us" refers to Wp Admin, a provider of professional WordPress administration, maintenance, and optimization services. "You" or "your" refers to California residents who access our website, use our services, or otherwise interact with us.

Note: Under CCPA/CPRA, we do not "sell" or "share" your personal information as those terms are legally defined. We only disclose data to service providers for business purposes.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proper authorization (e.g., a signed letter of power of attorney). We may require additional verification to confirm the agent's authority before processing the request.

7. Verification & Response Time

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure that the request comes from you or your authorized representative. For account-holders, this may involve logging into your dashboard or providing specific account details. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period, not to exceed an additional 45 days.

Our response will be free of charge. We may deny your request if you have submitted more than two requests within a 12-month period, or if we cannot adequately verify your identity.

8. Sensitive Personal Information

We treat certain data as sensitive under California law, including precise geolocation, account credentials, and financial information. We only collect sensitive personal information when necessary to provide our services, and we implement strict encryption and access controls. You may request that we limit the use of sensitive data to what is strictly necessary for service delivery.

9. Non-Discrimination

Wp Admin does not discriminate against California residents who exercise their privacy rights. You will not be charged different rates, denied services, or provided lower-quality support for submitting a request or opting out of data sharing.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., tax, accounting, or security retention requirements). When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
