11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1 Applicable Law

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or with the Services (whether contractual or non-contractual), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Jurisdiction/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 11.6 Severability

If any provision of this Governing Law section or any other part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance.
