6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aevum Zenth and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business continuity, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $10,000 USD or the amount paid by you to access the specific service in the preceding twelve (12) months, if applicable.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Geneva, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction require alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
