Open by Default
Non-sensitive tooling, SDKs, and research datasets are published under permissive licenses to accelerate ecosystem growth.
Security First
All external contributions undergo automated SAST/DAST scanning, dependency auditing, and manual review before integration.
Cross-Division Synergy
Submissions are evaluated for applicability across energy, aerospace, healthcare, logistics, and other verticals.
Transparent Roadmap
Accepted contributions are tracked publicly with versioning, changelogs, and attribution to original authors.
Standards & Compliance
All contributions must align with Aevum Zenth's enterprise governance framework. Failure to meet these standards will result in automated rejection or request for revision.
Licensing: MIT, Apache 2.0, or EUPL v1.2 for open-source. Proprietary contributions require NDAs and IP assignment forms.
Code Style: PEP 8 (Python), Google Style Guides (C++/Go), ESLint AirBnB (JS/TS).
Documentation: Sphinx/TypeDoc compatible, minimum 85% API coverage, architecture decision records (ADRs) for systemic changes.
Zero-day exploits, unpatched vulnerabilities, reverse-engineered proprietary binaries, or any material violating export controls (EAR/ITAR), GDPR, or HIPAA.
Developer & Open Source
Our engineering divisions maintain public repositories for SDKs, simulation tools, and infrastructure components. Contributions are accepted via standard pull request workflows.

Academic & Research
We actively partner with universities, labs, and independent researchers. Submissions should follow the Aevum Research Integration Protocol (ARIP v4.2).

Vendor & Supply Chain Integration
Enterprise partners integrating with Aevum Zenth's logistics, procurement, or manufacturing systems must comply with our API gateway standards.

Submission Workflow
Regardless of contribution type, all submissions follow a standardized intake and validation pipeline.

- Automated Triage AI-assisted classifiers route your submission to the appropriate divisional review board.
- Technical Assessment Core engineers or division leads evaluate feasibility, security, and synergy potential.
- Sandbox Integration Approved contributions are deployed to isolated staging environments for live testing.
- Production Rollout Upon successful validation, contributions are merged, versioned, and published with full attribution.
Security & Audits
Security is non-negotiable. All external code, datasets, and integrations undergo multi-layered verification.
Manual penetration testing is conducted for contributions affecting critical infrastructure, aerospace control systems, or healthcare data pipelines.
FAQ & Support
Standard open-source PRs are reviewed within 5 business days. Research and vendor integrations typically require 10-14 days due to compliance validation and cross-divisional sign-off.
For open-source code and public research, yes. You may use a pseudonym or handle, though legal and IP documentation will require verified entity information on file.
Rejections include detailed technical and compliance feedback. You may request a revision window or appeal to the central innovation committee within 7 days.
Certain innovation challenges and vendor integrations offer grant funding, milestone payments, or performance-based equity. Details are outlined in individual partnership agreements.
