Service Level Agreements
1. Introduction & Scope
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the performance commitments, support structures, and operational standards maintained by Aevum Zenth Conglomerate across its multidivisional enterprise services. This document applies to all commercial, enterprise, and government clients engaged under standard or premium service contracts.
Aevum Zenth guarantees industry-leading reliability through redundant infrastructure, 24/7 monitoring, and automated failover systems. All metrics are measured on a rolling monthly basis, with quarterly compliance audits conducted by independent third parties.

6. Exceptions & Scheduled Maintenance
- Scheduled Maintenance: Up to 4 hours per month for Standard/Premium, 2 hours for Enterprise. 72h advance notice required.
- Unplanned Outages: Excluded if caused by client misconfiguration, third-party dependency failure, or force majeure events.
- Force Majeure: Natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, or government-mandated shutdowns suspend SLA calculations until service restoration.
- DDoS / Malicious Activity: Aevum Zenth will deploy mitigation within 15 minutes. Service credits apply only if internal infrastructure fails to absorb attacks.
7. Service Credits & Remedies
If Aevum Zenth fails to meet published SLA targets, clients are eligible for monthly service credits applied to future invoices:

Credits must be claimed within 30 days of the billing cycle via the client portal. Credits do not apply to SEV-1 incidents resolved under 2 hours or SEV-3/4 classifications.
8. Compliance & Auditing
Aevum Zenth maintains continuous compliance monitoring across all divisions. Independent audits are conducted quarterly, with full reports available to Enterprise clients upon request.
All data processing adheres to regional data sovereignty requirements. Cross-border data transfer contracts (SCCs) are executed where applicable.
