Shape Tomorrow's Frontiers
Join our 18-month Innovation Fellowship program. Partner with cross-divisional experts, access proprietary labs, and lead funded projects that redefine industry standards.
Research at Scale. Impact Without Limits.
The Aevum Zenth Innovation Fellowship is our premier talent development and R&D accelerator. We select exceptional researchers, engineers, and industry visionaries to lead high-impact projects across our 400+ subsidiaries.
Fellows operate with autonomous project ownership, direct access to executive sponsorship, and dedicated funding streams. Upon completion, fellows transition into permanent leadership roles, spin out ventures, or publish breakthrough research under our open-science initiatives.
Choose Your Frontier
Align your expertise with our strategic priorities. Each track includes dedicated mentorship, lab access, and cross-functional teams.

Built by Fellows
Hear from those who shaped the program and our divisions.
"The fellowship gave me the budget and autonomy to test a theory that took three years in academia to even propose. Within 14 months, we had a working prototype now deployed across Zenth's logistics network."
"What separates Aevum Zenth is the cross-divisional integration. I collaborated with aerospace engineers and agricultural scientists to develop sensor tech that's now used in both orbital deployment and precision farming."
"I came in with a PhD in computational biology and left with a commercialized diagnostic platform. The IP framework and executive sponsorship made the difference between a paper and a product."
Program Details
Applicants should hold a relevant Master's or PhD, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience with a proven track record of R&D, engineering, or innovation. We prioritize diverse backgrounds and interdisciplinary skill sets over strict academic credentials.
Fellows are stationed at our regional hubs in Geneva, New York, London, Tokyo, or Singapore based on track alignment and project needs. Remote and hybrid arrangements are available for compute-heavy or research-focused roles.
92% of fellows transition into permanent roles within Aevum Zenth. Others launch spin-out ventures with seed funding and incubator support, or pursue academic positions. We maintain a lifetime alumni network and offer continued collaboration pathways.
Yes. We receive 15,000+ applications annually and accept ~200 fellows. Selection is based on technical excellence, innovation potential, cultural alignment, and the strategic fit of your proposed research direction.
