The Aevum Zenth Rotational Program is designed for high-potential professionals ready to navigate the complexities of global enterprise. Unlike traditional entry-level roles, our rotational tracks immerse you in multiple divisions, functional areas, and geographic markets over 24–36 months.

Participants gain exposure to cross-functional decision-making, work alongside senior leadership, and complete a capstone initiative that addresses a real business challenge. Upon successful completion, fellows are guaranteed permanent placement in a role of their choosing across the conglomerate.

Each track follows a structured progression designed to balance learning, contribution, and leadership development.

Phase 1: Immersion & Core Training

Months 1–3

Onboarding at Zenth Tower, cross-functional bootcamps, compliance certification, and executive shadowing. Participants receive their first division assignment and build foundational knowledge of the conglomerate's ecosystem.

Phase 2: Primary Rotation

Months 4–12

Full-time integration into the first division. Ownership of a scoped project, weekly mentorship, and quarterly performance reviews. Focus on technical proficiency and cross-team collaboration.

Phase 3: Secondary Rotation & Leadership Lab

Months 13–21

Transition to a contrasting division (e.g., Tech β†’ Energy, Finance β†’ Operations). Participation in the Zenth Leadership Lab covering negotiation, crisis management, and strategic forecasting.

Phase 4: Capstone & Placement

Months 22–24/30/36

Design and execute a cross-divisional initiative addressing a live business problem. Present findings to the Executive Steering Committee. Permanent role placement and onboarding into chosen function.
