⚡ Power Cycling & Boot Loops
  1. Disconnect all peripheral devices and external drives.
  2. Hold power button for 15 seconds to drain residual charge.
  3. Connect to original AC adapter / verified power source only.

  1. Check ambient temperature (recommended: 18°C - 26°C).
  2. Verify airflow clearance (min 10cm on intake/exhaust sides).
  3. Run `az-diag thermals` from maintenance CLI.
  4. If temps exceed 85°C under load, replace thermal compound.
  5. Contact support if firmware fan curve fails to adjust.
Frequently Asked Questions
Enter your serial number in the search bar above, or visit the Warranty Verification page. Coverage typically spans 3 years standard, with optional extended protection plans up to 5 years.
All firmware releases are digitally signed with Aevum Zenth's root CA. Download them from the Firmware & Drivers section. Verify signatures using the `az-verify` utility included in the toolkit.
EZ-HW-04 indicates a memory training failure. Reseat all RAM modules, clear CMOS, and run the built-in memory diagnostic. If the error persists after 3 cycles, the DIMM slots or controller may require RMA.
We certify specific third-party devices for compatibility. Unlisted peripherals may function but are not covered under warranty if they cause instability. Check the Certified Hardware List in the Configuration Guides section.
