Our Story
Born from a Deployment Nightmare
It started in 2020. Our co-founders were leading a high-frequency trading platform that went down during a black swan event. The culprit? A mismatched environment variable across three microservices. Manual config edits. No audit trail. No rollbacks.
That night, we wrote the first prototype of what would become App Config.json. We wanted a system where configuration was treated as code, synced in real-time, version-controlled, and secure by default.
Today, we power configurations for over 10,000 applications across fintech, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS. We've never had a customer lose data to a misconfiguration. That's the promise we keep.
