Unused tools and diagnostic equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase with original packaging. Consumables (filters, fluids, lubricants) and opened software licenses are final sale unless defective. Exchanges processed within 48 hours.
All AutomotiveDIY branded tools carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party tools retain manufacturer warranties. Free calibration for torque wrenches and diagnostic scanners once per year.
Our workshops require a signed safety waiver. Proper PPE (safety glasses, gloves) is mandatory in workshop areas. AutomotiveDIY provides education and tools, but vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties or insurance coverage.
