If your order is still in "Processing" status, contact our support team immediately and we'll update it at no extra charge. Once shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier and may incur additional fees.
Carriers typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. If missed, the package will be held at a local depot or forwarded to a nearby pickup location. You'll receive a notification with instructions to reschedule or collect.
Orders over $150 and all overnight shipments require a signature upon delivery. You can add delivery instructions at checkout to specify a safe drop-off location or authorize release without signature at your own risk.
Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and contents. We'll process a full replacement or refund and handle the carrier claim on your behalf.
