You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your order's delivery date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Need a different size, model, or color? You can exchange eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is backordered, we'll issue a full refund or ship your replacement as soon as it's in stock.

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened or unused (for software, guides, and safety items)
  • Original packaging intact with all accessories/manuals
  • No signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Return authorization number included in the package
⚠️ Custom-ordered parts, installed components, and opened safety equipment cannot be returned unless defective.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Yes. As long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery, you're eligible for a full refund minus original shipping costs.
What if my tool arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges for different models?
Absolutely. Initiate an exchange within 14 days. If the replacement costs more, you'll only pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the balance.
How long do refunds take to appear?
Once we inspect and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add 1–3 additional days.
Can I return digital guides or software?
Digital products are non-refundable unless they fail to load or contain major errors. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement or refund.
