How long does the warranty claim process take?
Most claims are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, replacements are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return authorization.
What is NOT covered under warranty?
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic damage from improper storage, and consumable parts (like belts or filters) are excluded.
Do I need to return the defective product?
In most cases, yes. We will provide a prepaid RMA shipping label once your claim is verified. For high-value items, inspection may be required before a replacement is issued.
Can I transfer the warranty to someone else?
Standard and Pro warranties are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser. Lifetime warranties may be transferred once with proof of original purchase and a $15 admin fee.
I lost my receipt. Can I still file a claim?
We may be able to locate your order using your email address, credit card last 4 digits, or credit card statement date. Contact our support team for assistance before filing.
