Our cloud hosting, infrastructure, and related services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using CloudNexus services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
For jurisdictions with lower ages of digital consent, the minimum age for use of our services is the greater of:

- 16 years — in the European Economic Area (per GDPR)
- The applicable minimum age in any other jurisdiction where CloudNexus operates

During account registration, we require users to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. We do not actively verify age beyond this self-certification step, but we will terminate any account we discover belongs to a child who does not meet the age requirement.
