Are samples really free?

Yes! Our sample packs are completely free. For domestic US orders, we cover shipping as well. International orders may have a nominal shipping fee, which will be confirmed before fulfillment.
How many products can I sample?

You can select up to 8 different product types in your sample request. Each product will include 3 sample units. We recommend selecting products relevant to your specific business needs.
Can I upload my own logo for a print sample?

Absolutely! You can upload your logo or artwork in the shipping step. We'll produce a custom-printed sample cup with your design so you can see exactly how it will look at scale.
How quickly will I receive my samples?

Sample orders are processed within 24 hours and ship via express delivery. Domestic US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days. International deliveries typically arrive within 7–10 business days.
Will someone contact me after submitting?

Yes! A dedicated account manager will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your needs, answer questions, and help you transition from samples to a bulk order — often with special introductory pricing.
Can I reorder samples later?

You can request samples up to 3 times per year at no cost. After that, additional sample requests may be subject to a small processing fee. Bulk orders placed within 30 days of your sample request receive an additional 5% discount.
