4. Click the link and create a new password.

If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes, you can permanently delete your account at any time. Please note that this action is irreversible:

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account"
3. Confirm your decision by entering your password

Once deleted, all your course progress, certificates, and data will be permanently removed. We recommend downloading any important certificates before deleting.

Yes! Our mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download it from:

• iPhone/iPad: Apple App Store
• Android: Google Play Store

The app supports offline downloads so you can study without an internet connection. All your progress syncs automatically when you're back online.

On the web: Course videos stream in up to 1080p HD quality. Adjust quality in the video player settings.

On mobile: You can download course videos for offline viewing by tapping the Download button on any video. Downloaded videos are stored in the app and can be played anywhere, anytime — even without an internet connection.

• Downloaded videos expire after 30 days
• You can download up to 25 videos at a time
• Downloads use Wi-Fi by default to save mobile data
