You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or violates any third-party rights. FlavorShare reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FlavorShare and its licensors. Our trademarks, including the FlavorShare name, logo, and catchphrases, may not be used without prior written permission.
Recipe instructions, ingredient lists, and factual cooking data cannot be copyrighted under applicable law, but the specific expression, photography, and original commentary associated with recipes on our Platform are protected.
5. Community Guidelines
We strive to maintain a respectful, supportive, and inclusive cooking community. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
- Posting false, misleading, or plagiarized recipe information.
- Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or link farming.
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
- Impersonating other users or misrepresenting your affiliation with FlavorShare.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
6. Food Safety Disclaimer
Recipes and cooking advice shared on FlavorShare are for informational and recreational purposes only. FlavorShare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any recipe.

- FlavorShare and its users assume no liability for adverse reactions, foodborne illnesses, or injuries resulting from the preparation or consumption of any recipe.
You use all recipes and cooking tips at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, affiliate products, or cooking tools. These links are provided for convenience only. FlavorShare does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, though some data may be retained as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Platform after posted revisions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
